DELIVERY & RETURNS

For international orders, please note, since the UK left the European Union, there may be further costs associated with your order that is beyond our control, such as local taxes and import fees. Please check with your local authorities for clarification.

If you’re collecting at the event, please place your order by 1pm the day before the event. This service is free. Standard Delivery is available to the UK only. Please take note of the planned arrival date when checking out with your order.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of sending your package back, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the courier (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (2 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Please include a note with your order number, and reason for the return. Obtain a tracking receipt for your own peace of mind.

Please note, you are responsible for the cost of returning an item to Scimitar if it’s not faulty, and we accept no responsibility for the costs associated with the return of a product to us. If the product is wrong, damaged, or faulty, we will reimburse the fee for returning your product(s).

Currently, Scimitar cannot process direct product exchanges. You will need to return your original items for a refund and re-place your order online.
